Privacy Policy
This page explains what happens to the information you send through the estimate form, what the site records while you read it, and how to have your details deleted. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

What the Estimate Form Collects
The form asks for your name, phone number, email address, and the type of project. There is a message box for describing the space, and you can leave it empty.
Two things are recorded alongside what you type: which page you were on and which of the forms on that page you used. That is so the enquiry arrives with the context of what you were reading when you sent it.
There is one more field, an empty box positioned where you cannot see it. Automated spam fills in every box it finds, so anything arriving with that one filled is discarded without being read or sent anywhere. If you are a person, it stays empty and nothing happens.
What Your Details Are Used For
One thing: answering you about the project you asked about. The enquiry arrives as an email to info@nashuaremodeling.com and is read there.
Your details are not sold, not rented, and not added to a marketing list. Asking for an estimate does not sign you up for anything.
The remodeling work is carried out by a contractor. If your enquiry is passed to one so they can arrange the site visit and quote the job, your name, phone, email, and what you wrote about the project go with it, because that is what somebody needs to call you back and talk about the space. Nothing beyond that is shared, and it goes to a contractor for that job, not to a list of them.
The Services This Site Runs On
Four companies touch the site or the message, and each does one job. Vercel hosts the site and runs the code that receives the form. Brevo turns your submission into the notification email. Cloudflare manages the domain and forwards mail sent to the info address. Google runs the analytics described below.
Each is used as a service provider, which means it handles the information to do that job rather than for its own purposes.
Like any web server, the host keeps request logs, and those include the IP address a request came from. They are kept under Vercel's own retention and are not used to build a picture of you.
What the Site Records While You Read It
This site runs Google Analytics 4. It counts which pages get read, roughly what part of the world a visit came from, what kind of device and browser is being used, and which link or search brought you here. It sets cookies in your browser so a second page view is recognised as the same visit rather than a new one.
It is never sent your name, phone number, or email address. Those exist only in the form submission, and putting them into analytics would breach Google's own rules as well as this policy.
If you would rather not be counted, Google publishes a browser add-on that switches Analytics off across every site that uses it, and most browsers can block cookies for one site without affecting the rest.
How Long Your Enquiry Is Kept
An enquiry is kept as long as it is useful for answering you and for handing to the contractor who would do the work. There is no fixed deletion schedule yet. When one is set, this page will say what it is rather than leaving you to guess.
You do not have to wait for that. Ask, and yours goes.
Asking What Is Held, or Having It Deleted
Email info@nashuaremodeling.com or call (603) 633-1308. You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted.
There is no request form and no account to log into. A plain email saying what you want is enough. Mention the email address or phone number you used, so the right enquiry gets found.
New Hampshire residents have rights under the New Hampshire Data Privacy Act, in force since January 2025. Whether a site this size meets that law's thresholds is a separate question, and it does not change the answer: ask, and it is dealt with the same way either way.
Changes to This Page
If what happens to your information changes, this page changes with it and the date near the top moves. Anything already sent is handled under the version that was up when you sent it.
This site is not aimed at children and does not knowingly collect anything from them.
